The secret wish of many people is to acquire a physique that is both intimidating and yet attractive to the opposite sex. The average American has a flabby figure that is fast becoming the butt of jokes all over the world, which is the reason why most people are now going for the killer physiques.

 

But in a rather funny twist of fate, many people simply can't endure the sacrifice necessary to achieve their dream physique, and yet these are the people that need and desire it most.

Personally, I will like to maintain a good body shape for the remaining part of my life, and I don't need to spend 6 hours in the gym to achieve this. All I need to do is exercise regularly through out the week, with each session lasting a mere 60 minutes. And since I am a male, I am more inclined to muscle building routines.

It’s time to be completely honest. Are you in shape yet? This question reminds me of a friend. He tells me each year that he’s going to do more exercise after New Year’s Day.


Too bad there are many people that claim the same. “This time I’m really going to start off this New Year right by exercising regularly and doing a Colon cleansing”. Yeah right! I can tell you it’s a joke for two BIG reasons.
