But in a rather funny twist of fate, many people simply can't endure the sacrifice necessary to achieve their dream physique, and yet these are the people that need and desire it most.
Personally, I will like to maintain a good body shape for the remaining part of my life, and I don't need to spend 6 hours in the gym to achieve this. All I need to do is exercise regularly through out the week, with each session lasting a mere 60 minutes. And since I am a male, I am more inclined to muscle building routines.
